INVOLVING: New Build by side of railway line – Internal partitions, plastering and ceilings
AREAS: 6 Screens, Restaurants, Retail Outlets & Offices
Concourse individual retail area air sealing and fireline boarding to columns, beams and walls.
All boards were finished using tape and jointing.
Ceilings are then installed and boarded.
Upon completion of dividing walls and projector walls, the MF ceilings are installed.
Stair walls using gypliner system.
Screen walls were built using shaft wall system.
Built using scissor lift access provided by Parpac.
Jumbo main dividing walls.
Heavy gauge twin wall system incorporated main steel frame structure and insulation.
As handed-over for Parpac to start onsite.
Typical Steel Frame with external Cladding.
